US colleges widen credit recognition for Cambridge International AS & A Levels
The American Council on Education has expanded the number of Cambridge International AS & A Level examinations it recommends for college credit in the United States.
ACE recommendations are used by many US colleges and universities when determining whether prior study can count towards a degree. The expanded recognition means students holding more Cambridge qualifications may be eligible to receive university credit where institutions follow ACE recommendations.
Cambridge says the change widens the pathway into US higher education for students studying its international qualifications.
