Event Review: Solving the PD Puzzle networking dinner, Bangkok

Last week, The Bright Side Coaching and Training, in association with EdEvents, had the pleasure of hosting a professional dinner conversation in Bangkok with international school leaders focused on professional development (PD).

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Bangkok skyline, the evening was an opportunity to connect, reflect, and explore how schools across the region are approaching PD. The conversation covered a wide range of ideas—from current practices to creative ways schools are working together to support staff growth and learning.

One key takeaway? The value of relationships. When school leaders have the chance to connect in informal settings, new ideas surface, partnerships strengthen, and the potential for collaboration grows.
