Teaching Assistant

Dwight Seoul seeks a qualified Teaching Assistant who carries some early childhood (Kindergarten and/or Preschool) background or experience, having worked in an international school environment and who is also a good team player, working collaboratively within the early childhood division. The ideal candidate is available to start beginning in January 2024. A Teaching Assistant provides key and critical support of the students they serve, the teachers to whom they are attached and the Dwight Seoul community as a whole. Qualifications: - Bachelor degree (teaching certification is preferred) - English proficiency required in reading, writing, and speaking. - At least two-year experience working as a teaching assistant in a classroom setting (preferred). - Willingness to support the class teacher, secure the children’s safety, help create their learning in class and perform administrative duties.
