Middle School Principal

The Middle School Principal will provide professional leadership to all faculty and staff within the Middle School at Branksome Hall Asia, fostering a holistic, dynamic learning environment. The role includes strategic development, overseeing the curriculum, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of achievement. Responsibilities include contributing to the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing the MYP curriculum, faculty professional development, recruitment, and quality assurance of teaching. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in international education, preferably with IB experience, and a collaborative, empathetic leadership style. Compensation includes furnished housing, annual travel, and healthcare insurance.
