Position Description
The Upper School Vice Principal of Student Life & Leadership (Grades 9-12) at CDNIS supports the Principal in managing the Upper School. This role involves overseeing student behavior, collaborating with various school departments on leadership and pastoral care programs, and being proactive in maintaining student conduct standards.
The Vice Principal will lead the advisory and social-emotional learning programs, work with staff on student engagement in sports, arts, and extracurricular activities, and manage student leadership opportunities.
Additionally, the role includes responsibilities in teacher recruitment, evaluation, and involvement in policy development.
