Teacher of Primary School

UWCSEA seeks a passionate Teacher of Junior School (Grades 2-5, ages 7-11) for the Dover Campus. The teacher will create a stimulating and safe environment, plan and deliver engaging lessons, and promote student growth. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with teaching assistants, designing innovative lessons, communicating with parents, and contributing to the UWCSEA program's five key elements: Academics, Activities, Outdoor Education, Personal and Social Education, and Service. A degree in Primary Education and teaching certification are required. International experience and advocacy for neurodiverse students or English Language Learners are advantageous. Safeguarding practices are prioritized.
