Lead-Up: Leadership in Practice brings together leaders from Singapore international schools for a focused professional learning evening exploring leading strategic change and navigating challenging circumstances. Sessions are facilitated by current school leaders, combining practical experience with relevant theory, alongside short “learning bursts” from Dr Chris Jansen and Greg Jansen (Leadership Lab NZ).

Attendees can choose sessions aligned to their interests, with topics including leading colleagues, navigating important conversations, using data to support change, and leadership without line management.
