In the face of challenge or rapid change, leaders are expected to lead with strength and compassion. In this interactive session, Audrey Pantelis helps leaders explore what happens when inclusion meets pressure. With tools from tried and tested frameworks - Resilient Leaders Elements - resilient leadership and Cultural Intelligence (CQ), Audrey guides you to reconnect with who you want to be—so you can lead with courage, clarity, and care when it matters most.
