Learn how to give support to those showing signs and symptoms of poor mental health in the workplace.
This internationally approved course equips participants with the knowledge and tools to recognise the causes and signs of poor mental health and/or mental health disorders. Learners will also develop the skills to support both young people and adults in workplace and educational settings.
The course is led by George Peterkin, Managing Director of Mind Your Health, who brings extensive experience as an educator and therapeutic counsellor. Each delegate will receive an internationally recognised certification.
