本工作坊是跨文化交流系列的第一讲，旨在帮助华人家长理解文化差异及其对教育和沟通的影响。随着越来越多来自华人家庭的孩子就读国际学校，家长们面临着与西方教育者、其他国际学校家长以及在多元文化环境中成长的孩子互动的挑战。此工作坊将通过具体教育相关情境探讨文化背景如何影响沟通方式，例如家长会中与西方教育者的交流差异、如何理解孩子在多元文化环境中的心理变化等。通过这些讨论，家长可以更深入地识别文化差异，从而更好地支持孩子在跨文化环境中的成长与发展。

 

 

This workshop is the first in a series on cross-cultural communication, aimed at helping Chinese parents understand cultural differences and their impact on education and communication. As more Chinese children attend international schools, parents face the challenge of interacting with Western educators, other international school parents, and children growing up in multicultural environments.

 

The workshop will explore through specific scenarios how cultural backgrounds influence communication styles, such as differences in communication with Western educators during parent-teacher meetings and understanding the psychological changes of children in multicultural environments. Through these discussions, parents will gain a deeper understanding of cultural differences, enabling them to better support their children’s growth and development in a cross-cultural environment.
