Workshop 1: Health Education for International Schools
Create a comprehensive, skills-based Health & Well-being curriculum

This two-day workshop supports educators in designing a vertically aligned K–12 Health, Well-being, and SEL curriculum. Rooted in a skills-based approach, the framework is adaptable to diverse mandates, community values, and international curricular models. Participants will leave with culturally responsive unit plans, actionable tools, and a clear vision for schoolwide implementation.
Day 1 Focus:
• Using data and well-being trends to build relevant programs
• Shifting from content-based to skills-based curriculum
• Aligning with IB, host country mandates, and global guidance
Day 2 Focus:
• Conducting a gap analysis and creating vertical scope and sequence
• Building lessons with anchor resources and student engagement strategies
• Planning for faculty PD, onboarding, and long-term sustainability

Workshop 2: PHASE International School PE Teacher Workshop
Foundational Certification for PHASE Certified Physical Educators

This foundational workshop introduces essential concepts for teaching Physical Education in international schools. Through interactive, hands-on sessions, participants will explore core elements of curriculum design, assessment, and effective instruction tailored to the unique context of international education. Completion of this workshop supports the PHASE Certified Physical Educator pathway.
