Upper School Principal

The Upper School Principal will lead the Upper School, ensuring high standards of education and wellbeing for students, staff, and families. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Upper School, maintaining a culture of high academic expectations, leading staff professional development, managing resources, and representing the school in the wider community. The Principal is also responsible for fostering innovation, collaboration, and the holistic development of students, in line with the IB philosophy and the school’s mission and vision.
