The Coach Approach for Education

We invest in education professionals so that we can raise everyone up, make a positive difference to our learners and prepare them for life beyond the classroom. We do this by giving education professionals practical and sustainable ways to build their capacity to keep doing what they do best- create positive learning environments and experiences for all. 

In partnership across multiple international schools, we are a community that, through a coaching approach, revolutionises the way professional learning and training is implemented in education. 

We walk the talk and offer professional development based on the coach approach. We do this for school communities, by school communities.

All school community members are welcomed, including teachers, teaching assistants, business support staff, operations staff, parents, and external stakeholders.

Our events are not formal coach training, but they will introduce you to a coaching approach or deepen your coaching knowledge.
